It is surprisingly that after Friday-Monday growth in world stocks, Governments try to suggest that their "rational plan"- bail-out saved world financial system. However, this sort of public idealism cannot be proved seriously. Treat of Global Supernationalization of the financial institutions, discovered by Communist Government of Sweden in 1985-1989 to stop crashes and now imitated by "comrade "(tovarishch) Gordon Brown in UK and "comrade" G. As it is well known, Clement Juglar in 1860 introduced a notion of business cycle, where each 8-11 years cycle is made up of 4 stages - expansion,stock exchange crash,recession and recovery. Thus, Lazy," non-Juglarian" cycle is short - term business cycle and it contains some sort of compactifications.

For natural scientist each event is unique. In contrast economists maintain that there are some kind of "mathematical patterns" in the data and similar events are likely to induce similar responses.In another words, natural science is particular; but "economic science" is philosophical or general.
Hence, it is natural that modern economists already have some sort of "the models of financial crises " (Hyman Mensky,for instance )and government's enthusiasts today try to use some "rational plans"(like last USA and UK 's bailout plans) to stop panics and crashes .
Mathematically, however, market computed reality is very complex and, hence, government's simplifications are naive,actually.
I 'd like to express some arguments in defense of complexity of financial crises in the following form.
1. The Big Ten Financial Bubbles:

1.4 The late 1920s stock price bubble 1927-1929

1.8 The bubble in real estate and stocks in Thailand, Malaysia,Indonesia 1992-1997

The debate between these two groups of "scientists" on managing the growth in the money supply after paradoxical Bailouts has continued now in USA and UK govenrments.As the result of such kind of "computations",democratically ellected institutions try to realize remarkable suicidal "solutions" - different nationalizations for different people.

3. Argument "when the rest of the world are mad, we must imitate them in some measure". Etc Etc Etc

It comes from wrong measures of probability that are adopted whether through suspending judgment despite ' manifest reasons ', or may be, through giving assent in the face of contrary probabilities. We may await that such kind of innocent SOCIALIST triviality as Bailout paradox can destroy Western market economy.Indeed.

Like today's bankers before 15.09.08; some western physicists claim that "a theory of everything" is very simple. There is some P-simplicity and the Higgs boson is the last missing piece of the Grand Unified Physics (Standard Model ). However, if even Higgs boson exists, Grand Picture is not completed, because it does not include gravity,it does not explain weekness of gravity,or it also does not explain why the quarks and leptons come in 3 generations, etc, etc. (including so-called the hierarchy problem ). Bankers had Monday's collapse, and I suppose that something similar the LHC will open indeed.

After 36 hours after agression, Russia used army in order to stop mass murder in Tzinchinvalli,but was emotionally defined as " an agressor" . Western mass media used absolutely wrong analogies with Chechoslovakia of 1968. And Leader of Germany was so impressed by new development in International Law that Georgia was immediately invited to be member of NATO.
Today, when Russia made another Noble step in recognision of Osetia and Abchazia, West tries to destroy entirely international law as a reasonable system of coexistence.
Indeed, let us imagine ( in good agreement with I.Kant's imperative ) that correction by Saakashvili - Bush became the universal norm of international law. Thus, any western and pro-western goverment have a right to use a weaponary of the mass destruction against any ethnic manority. Any attempts to stop mass murder must face with military action of NATO, and USA as well as with economic sanctions by EU and ,probably, UN. Hence, what kind of international law we have today if such sort of things is possible !? It is true grotesque , the end of any international law,taking seriously. It is the collapse of any form of post-Renaissance humanism and civilized development.

It is very remarkable that West and illegal military organization ( after the end of Cold War) called "NATO" try to continue to help Georgia to kill people of Osetia. There are no missions from the West in Tzchinvalli, there is no aid from the West, there are no signals that West understands own moral corruption,and,there is no recognition of Osetia and Abchazia. Mr Gergiev is the great Osetian Russian conductor of the 21st century, having now contract with Covent Garden. I cannot understand why people of Osetia like Gergiev are so bad, but Georgian agressors are so good...
It is well known in any student campus that USA is a great criminal against International law- they are truely occupants of independent Iraq in spite of UN decision, they used brutal force in Serbia and recognized Kosovo, at least they created illegal terrorist organization Taliban in Afganistan.
I think Russia is right now. If even all corrupted worlds try to suggest that truth is falshood. Please, be confident , because in this situation confidence is everything.

Dostoevskii's Raskol'nikov is not simple killer,but he is theorist. In his article " On Crime" ( 3d chapter ) he suggested that only just "ordinary crime" can produce mental disorder connected with will's collapse and irrationality of behavior of killer. However, there is a kind of Raskol'nikov's "extraordinary"murder, based on "special ideology" which is absolutely free from mental disorder and "ethically possible"... We know what sort of "experiment" Raskol'nikov made in 'Crime and Punishment'.
Dostoevskii is genius and I had found that his deepest post-Kantian moral theory is well developed. Follow Dostoevskii we can consider modern dispute between West ,NATO and Russia on mass murder in Osetia. West and western educated president of Georgia try to develop Raskol'nikov-like relativistic moral ideas to justify mass murder of the people of Osetia in the terms of some "High Western Ethical theory of punishment of bad and provocative Osetia's people" (!) and "Noble Defense of Democracy"... It is supposed that mass murder in Osetia is best recommendation for NATO membership for Georgia.
It is very similar with the case described by Dostoevskii. As is well-known, Dostoevskii predicted that even in "ideinom"("ideological" ) murder usual mental killer's disorder is not avoidable. Thus, sooner or later, corrupted West and corrupted killers of inocent people must realize their own Raskol'nikov-like seekness.
Struggle with Moral law is suicidal for anyone. NATO must await moral collapse. And Mr Rogoff probably is right in his prediction of the USA Bank catastrophe in November-December, because Bank business is based on trivial human trust.

This inscription over Kant's tomb in Kaliningrad from the Critique of Practical Reason can explain, probably, why all attempts of Georgia,NATO,USA and war enthusiasts from Ukrain,Poland and Baltic to justify mass murder in Tzhinvali cannot be accepted in any true civilized society. Refutation of Moral Law as well as refutation of Gravity are impossible.

Probably, Hawking is right, and, if large extra dimensions do actually exist, the number of black holes will be produced in future colliders. However, there are mathematical doubts on our knowledge of extra dimensions now. Hence, some theorists suppose that such sort of LHC-black holes could be "growing dengerously in the inside of our planet" indeed ( R.Plaga.Private communication submitted to Phys Lett B (2008); Knoze,Martin,Ryskin [hep-ph]/0111078(2002) ,etc ) Recently those doubts have been summarized and discussed by a LHC group who come to the conclusion that there is no risk of any significance whatsoever from such black holes ( Giddings and Mangano. arXive/ hep-ph/0806.3381v1 (20 June 2008) ).
